Mango Smoothie

A refreshing smoothie to have have as a drink alongside breakfast for a protein boost. For a more filling smoothie, you can add nuts, oats or banana.

Ingredients
  

  • 90 g frozen mango
  • 3 tbsp 0% fat greek yogurt
  • 15 grams vanilla protein powder
  • 150 ml coconut milk

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and mix together. If you add more milk it will be less thick. If you want it thick add less milk.
  2. Pour in a glass and enjoy.

Notes

For lower calorie extra fillings you can try natural yogurt, fresh herbs like coriander (cilantro) or red picked onion slices.
