Method
- In a high-powered blender or food processor, blend the frozen mango, frozen pineapple, and low-fat natural yogurt. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Spoon the frozen yogurt into bowls and serve immediately for a soft-serve consistency. Or for a firmer texture transfer the mixture to a container and freeze for 1-2 hours before serving.
Notes
You can also spoon the mixture into small bowls and freeze individually, or also icy lolly molds work great as well.
