Method
- Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring occasionally until smooth.
- Add the rice crispies and dried cranberries to a bowl and add the chocolate mixture and peanut butter gently fold until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture into a lined square baking tin and press it down to an even layer.
- Refrigerate for a couple of hours, or until the bars are firm.
- Slice into bars and enjoy!
Notes
Swap peanut butter for almond or cashew butter for a different nutty flavour.
Replace dried cranberries with raisins or dried apricots for a different fruit alternative.
