Method
- Preheat airfryer to 190°C or 374°F or if you are using the oven preheat the oven to 180°C or 350°F. Cut your chicken into strips and season with 1 tsp garlic granules, 1 tsp smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
- Crush your cornflakes and mix with 1 tsp garlic granules, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp chilli cayenne powder, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Whisk your eggs and pour over the chicken strips and mix till they are all coated.
- Dip each piece of chicken in the cornflake mix till it's coated and lay on your airfryer or on a baking sheet on an oven tray.
- Use spray oil over all the chicken.
- Cook in air fryer for 16-18 minutes and turn half way or cook in oven for 25 minutes turning the tenders half way as well.
- Oven / air fryer temps can vary depending on appliance so always cut the chicken to check if it’s cooked.
- Mix up the honey and buffalo sauce and microwave for 15 seconds (or till warm) before drizzling over the tenders.

Serving Suggestion
Mix the honey and buffalo sauce together, heat in a microwave for 15 seconds and drizzle over the chicken or use it as a dip! If you like the tenders saucy, double up the recipe!
