Overnight protein oats are easy, quick and a good option for busy mornings.

Ingredients
  

  • 30 g chocolate whey protein powder 1 scoop
  • ΒΌ tsp chia seeds
  • 100 ml semi skimmed milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 45 g oats

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl till combined and set in a fridge overnight (or minimum two hours).
  2. Top with yogurt and berries. Nutrition information includes 30g 0% fat greek yogurt.

Notes

Optional toppings:
Greek yogurt (low fat will have more protein).
