Ingredients
  

  • 1 small frozen peeled banana
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 150 ml almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey
  • 70 g frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup spinach

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and mix together. If you add more milk it will be less thick. If you want it thick add less milk.
  2. Pour in a glass and enjoy.

Notes

Tip: Peel and bulk freeze banana's to add to smoothies. It makes the texture thick like sorbet.
