Method
- Grab two pans. Fill one with the oats, water, milk and ground cinnamon. Heat on low - medium heat and keeping stirring till the oats turn creamy.
- Heat the blue berries in a second pan on low medium heat with the honey and 1 tbsp water. Keep stirring till they bubble slightly and turn jammy.
- Layer the oats, blueberries in a bowl and top with nuts and nut butter.
Notes
Switch up the sources of nuts for a variety of nutrients.
