A delicious creamy porridge - warming for cold mornings or great for pre workout energy. Oats are a good source of fibre and contain many vitamin and minerals along with blueberries and healthy fats from the toppings.

Ingredients

50gfrozen blueberries
1tbsphoney
ground cinnamon
150mlmilk
100mlwater
1tbsppeanut butter
10gmixed nuts
Instructions
Grab two pans. Fill one with the oats, water, milk and ground cinnamon. Heat on low - medium heat and keeping stirring till the oats turn creamy.
Heat the blue berries in a second pan on low medium heat with the honey and 1 tbsp water. Keep stirring till they bubble slightly and turn jammy.
Layer the oats, blueberries in a bowl and top with nuts and nut butter.
