How to Cook Gyoza in the Air Fryer (with Easy Dipping Sauce)

Craving crispy, delicious gyoza? Here is how to make the crispiest quickest gyoza from frozen using an airfryer.

  • Frozen Gyoza (I used Itsu frozen chicken gyoza).
  • Spray Oil
  • Airfryer!
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Arrange gyoza in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t touch.
  3. Lightly spray each gyoza with oil for extra crispiness.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. They should come out golden and super crispy!

Here is how to make a delicious dipping sauce for the crispy gyoza.

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 spring onion (green onion), finely chopped
  • 1 green finger chilli, sliced and diced thin. Note – these chilli’s can be very hot, so if you don’t like much heat, I would swap for a little sprinkle of chilli flakes instead or omit completely.
  • Mix soy sauce, spring onions, and chilli together for a spicy, tangy dipping sauce.
  • Serve and enjoy!
