Dark Chocolate Rice Crispy Bars
A delicious treat, combining the rich, dark chocolate with the crunchy texture of childhood favourite cereal rice crispies.

Ingredients
- 300 g dark chocolate
- 150 g rice crispies
- 100 g peanut butter
- 100 g dried cranberries
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring occasionally until smooth.
- Add the rice crispies and dried cranberries to a bowl and add the chocolate mixture and peanut butter gently fold until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture into a lined square baking tin and press it down to an even layer.
- Refrigerate for a couple of hours, or until the bars are firm.
- Slice into bars and enjoy!
