Blueberry Vanilla Protein Smoothie
A high protein breakfast that is perfect low effort speedy breakfast.

Ingredients
- 1 small frozen peeled banana
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 150 ml almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla whey
- 70 g frozen blueberries
- 1 cup spinach
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and mix together. If you add more milk it will be less thick. If you want it thick add less milk.
- Pour in a glass and enjoy.
Notes
Tip: Peel and bulk freeze banana’s to add to smoothies. It makes the texture thick like sorbet.
